Based on feedback from last year’s visit (and time frame for the conference) we strongly urge those of you are traveling to book your accommodations early as pricing may increase significantly just before the conference. Those who wish to explore a few inexpensive alternatives to reserving a hotel room should visit airbnb.com or 9Flats.com. It is a hotel alternative (often offering more room and privacy at a much lower rate since the housing is independently owned and rented. If you wish to book an apartment versus a room, search for places located in or near the East Village and close to a 4 or 6 train subway station.
